Aging is a natural process that everyone experiences. Its effects on the skin are often undesirable and few people want to see its signs. Therefore, we made sure we have the Sciton Forever Young BBL™ available for you. This machine is the “Rolls Royce” of broad band light devices, and you can count on it to help you have amazing skin in no time.

What is BBL?

Broad Band Light is the strongest Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) device in the world, and it is more versatile, easy to use, precise, and effective than any other IPL device on the market. It can treat a variety of skin problems and maintain the healthy and youthful skin over the long term.

How does BBL work?

Simply put, BroadBand Light stimulates skin regeneration and repairs damaged DNA. BBL can stop and even reverse aging of the skin.

What are the problems that can be fixed by BBL?

There are plenty of skin conditions that can be fixed by BBL, but how fast this happens and how long the effect lasts depends on many factors. Your skin type, how advanced the problem is, how often you undergo BBL treatment, and how well you take care of your skin; all these can make the difference between a good and an amazing result. The most common conditions that BBL can fix are:

  • Fine Lines and wrinkles
  • Age spots
  • Sun Damage
  • Freckles
  • Broken Capillaries
  • Acne
  • Redness
  • Uneven skin tone

How fast can you see results?

Depending on what problem you have and how affected your skin is, you can see results immediately or after a few days. There are people who have to wait a couple of days before the results start showing, and there are others who are able to see a huge difference in the way their skin looks as soon as they are done with the treatment. Either way, one thing is for sure: you will be impressed by how good your skin can look.

Are there are contraindications to BBL?

BBL is a safe treatment that is generally good for those with Fitzpatrick skin types 1-4. It is contraindicated for those with the darkest skin colors (types 5 and 6). Even for those with lighter skin, having a recent sun tan should defer treatment until the tan has abated. Some medical conditions, such as seizures, migraines, keloid scars or cancer are also contraindications. Pregnant women should also postpone BBL, as well as people that have used Accutane in the past 6 months.
