FAQ
Questions and answers
What treatment is right for me?
Every individual’s skin and hair is unique. We suggest scheduling a consultation and our team of experts will craft a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs.
How much does a consultation cost?
Medical clearance exams are required prior to any medical service or treatment. Appointments take approximately 15 minutes and there is no charge to the patient. Depending on the service, these appointments may be done in-person or virtually. General consultations to discuss treatment plans are $75 and are 45-minute appointments that may only be conducted in person. We offer a boutique, high-level of care that requires customized treatment plans unique to your goals.
How many treatments will I need?
While this is very patient-specific, goal oriented, and time specific, most treatments require a minimum series for maximum results, with maintenance treatments over time. Our team will work with you to structure a treatment plan that aligns with your vision.
Who performs the treatments?
We have some of the most experienced medical aesthetic providers in the Triangle. Depending on the treatment, you will see one of our nurses, injectors, certified laser nurses, or medical aestheticians. Our team regularly attends trainings and conferences to provide the highest level of care, and we offer many treatments unique to medspas in North Carolina.
