Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged.

Additionally, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may ask you to reschedule and a no-show fee will be applied.

Medical clearance exams are required prior to any medical service or treatment. Appointments take approximately 15-minutes and there is no charge to the patient. Depending on the service, these appointments may be done in-person or virtually.

General Consultations to discuss treatment plans are 45-minute appointments that may only be conducted in person.
