This season always makes me pause and take stock of all that I’m grateful for: our incredible team, each of you who trust us with your care, and the special community that’s formed here at the spa.
It’s also the time of year when everything starts to ramp up. Holiday parties, family gatherings, travel plans, maybe even a few too many peppermint mochas (no judgment here). And while that busyness can sneak up fast, it’s also the perfect time to plan ahead—especially when it comes to your skin and treatments.

On a personal level, I’m in a bit of a “hyperfocus” season—finalizing projects at the spa while also preparing to welcome a new baby into the world. It’s a season of growth in every sense, and through it all, I keep coming back to gratitude.
