Feel Your Best From the Inside Out: Our Injectable Wellness Shots

Feeling run down, foggy, or just not quite like yourself? You're not alone. Some of the most common things we hear from patients during their treatments are about energy, sleep, stress, skin, and staying healthy through the busy seasons.

That's why we offer three injectable wellness shots: NAD+, Glutathione, and Vitamin D3. Each one is quick, given by our trained medical team, and designed to fit easily into your regular visit. Here's what each one does and who it may be right for.

NAD+: Support for Energy and Focus

Think of NAD+ as a fresh battery for your cells. NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of your body. It plays a key role in turning food into energy and in your cells' natural repair processes. Our NAD+ levels naturally decline as we age.

It may be a good fit if you're dealing with:

  • Burnout or low energy
  • Brain fog or trouble focusing
  • Slow recovery after workouts
  • An interest in healthy aging

What to expect: Many patients start with a series of 1–2 shots per week for 4 to 6 weeks, then move to maintenance shots every other week. Your provider will help you find the schedule that works for your goals.

Glutathione: Your Body's Master Antioxidant

Glutathione is often called the body's "master antioxidant." Your body makes it naturally, and it helps neutralize free radicals, supports your liver's natural detox processes, and helps your body manage everyday oxidative stress. Patients love it as part of a glow-from-within routine that pairs beautifully with their skin treatments.

It may be a good fit if you're looking for:

  • Support for healthy, radiant-looking skin
  • Antioxidant and detox support
  • An extra boost for your immune health

What to expect: Benefits build gradually over a series. Many patients come in 1–2 times per week for 6 to 8 weeks, then once a month for maintenance.

Vitamin D3: The Sunshine Vitamin

Vitamin D3 acts more like a hormone than a typical vitamin, and it plays a role in mood, immune function, and bone strength. Low vitamin D is common, especially for those of us who spend most of our day indoors or during the shorter days of fall and winter. Because oral supplements depend on your digestive system, absorption can vary from person to person. An injection delivers vitamin D3 directly into the muscle.

It may be a good fit if you're dealing with:

  • Low energy or seasonal fatigue
  • Frequent colds or a run-down immune system
  • Concerns about bone health
  • Low vitamin D levels on recent lab work

What to expect: Most patients receive a shot once a month or every 2 to 3 months. Your provider will recommend a schedule based on your health history and, ideally, your blood work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can't I just take an oral supplement?

You certainly can. Oral supplements pass through your digestive system first, though, and how much your body absorbs can vary. Injections bypass digestion, so the nutrient goes directly where your body can use it.

Will I feel results right away?

Everyone is different. Some patients tell us they feel more energized and clear-headed within a day or two, especially after NAD+ or Vitamin D3. Glutathione's benefits tend to build gradually over a series of treatments.

Are there side effects?

Wellness shots are generally well tolerated. You may notice mild soreness at the injection site for a few hours. With NAD+, some patients feel a brief warmth or slight muscle tension during or right after the shot, which passes quickly.

Your Safety Comes First

Before your first wellness shot, you'll complete a brief medical history with our team. We'll review any allergies, whether you're pregnant or breastfeeding, and any kidney or liver conditions to make sure the shot is right for you. For Vitamin D3, we recommend baseline blood work when possible so we can tailor your dose and track your progress over time.
